Welcome to Aegis Software Support. Aegis offers direct phone and email assistance for customers who need help. Customers must have an active subscription or service contract with Aegis Software. Customers will benefit from unlimited telephone and email support, product upgrades, electronic case tracking, notifications, and access to documentation, knowledge base, and software downloads via our Customer Gateway.
