The ultimate purpose of
the data processed and gathered throughout the
entire Aegis system emerges through the Analytic,
Traceability, Reporting, and Monitoring functions of
the system. The entire Aegis factory-floor system is
a web application and therefore reports are accessed
through web browsers.

REVERSE TRACEABILITY REPORT
PRODUCT & PROCESS TRACEABILITY REPORT
-
BOM and Process revision
records.
-
Electronic approval records
of BOM and Process reviews with feedback notes
and reviewer authentication.
-
Process deviations released
during the production of that unit.
-
WIP history complete with
logged operator at each station.
-
Panel to image ID map
records.
-
Pallet to panel or image ID
map records.
-
Component part number and lot
records of reference designator to image to lot.
-
'From-To' Lot records for
components removed and replaced in-process.
-
Part number and lot records
for all tools, chemicals, and consumables used
in the processing of the unit.
-
Pre-production operator
checklist confirmation per station.
-
False positive inspections
records and station.
-
Rework and repair to
connection level records.
-
Unresolved defects at time of
report generation.
-
Measurement data records for
all measurements derived from any process or
test equipment in the route.
-
Symptom/Defect records from
ICT and functional test results and diagnostics.
-
Parametric operator data
collection (such as trim settings, adjustments,
specially serialized components, etc.) from each
station applicable in the route.
-
Process alarms emerging from
any machine in the route while the unit was
within it's transfer zones.
-
Process events emerging from
any machine in the route while the unit was
within it's transfer zones.
-
Assembly children unit
numbers and serial numbers.
-
SPC metrics of any
measurement data in-process such as reflow oven
or thermal profiling data sets such as maximum
zone temperature, soak duration, oxygen levels,
etc.
ON-DEMAND, SCHEDULES, &
EVENT-DRIVE MANAGEMENT REPORTS
-
Management reports such as
Quality, WIP, Job, Yield, and DPMO provide
visibility to factory, line, and station
performance over any time period.
-
Pre-configured and scheduled
reports are dispatched automatically via email
to assigned parties, providing hands-off
management visibility and updates.
-
Runtime parameter entry via
the web to customize on-demand reports at time
of generation.
-
Event or alarm based
generation and dispatch of preconfigured
reports.
-
HTML, XML, and PDF outputs.
-
Over 50 preconfigured reports
provided standard.
-
Embedded graphical report
layout editor with full-featured graphing tool.
STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL (SPC)
ENGINE
-
Comprehensive server-side SPC
engine with user-friendly GUI for configuring
new reports and analyses..
-
Supports Shewhart,
Westinghouse, AT&T, and Nelson methods.
-
Supports a wide variety of
basic trends.
-
SPC methods can be applied to
any attribute or measurement data set collected
anywhere in-process.
-
Full SPC plotting and
charting utility for inclusion in web reports.
-
Out of Control conditions may
be mapped to any system alarm, enabling emails,
pages, report generation, or line stops.
QUALITY, PERFORMANCE &
EFFICIENCY MONITORING DASHBOARD
-
Interactive web environment
for localizing and diagnosing performance,
quality, SPC, and Efficiency problems as they
are occurring in real-time or historically.
-
View by factories, lines,
machines.
-
Filter by any date range.
-
View real-time machine and
line states through a graphical representation
of the lines.
-
Drill into detailed machine
parameters specific to the nature of machine
types such as reflow, reflow profiling such as
KIC, placement, inspection, test, printing, etc.
-
View SEMI E79 efficiency
analysis and a variety of RAM charts.
-
View current WIP status and
DPMO calculations for currently executing
jobs.
-
View any machine alarm or
process event history.
-
Scatter plot machine alarms
over time.
-
Sort machine alarms to
analyze and prioritize devices requiring PM.
-
View Pareto analysis across
the process.
-
Save the data set of any view
or chart displayed in the browser as XML, Excel,
or Text to the local PC for further use in other
applications.
AUTOMATED OPPORTUNITY & DPMO
CALCULATIONS
-
System awareness of CAD
design information, developed in the
Product and Process
Definition Modules, enables automatic
baseline opportunity calculations. IPC standard
methods are preconfigured, and a GUI for
adjusting the algorithm is provided to customize
the derivation of opportunity counts. Opportunities are calculated not only
product-wide, but per route station based on
population. This technology enables richer DPMO
analysis and eliminates manual opportunity
calculation.
