SUBASSEMBLY INTEGRATION

• Tracking extends into the marrying of subassemblies into upper units. All traceability data for an individual unit is then inherited as as part of the device history of the upper unit.

• Unlimited layers of nested assemblies are supported.

BOX BUILD PROCESSING

• The visual instructions and routes developed in the Product and Process Definition Modules support mechanical visuals, audio instructions and video examples.

• Routes extend into areas involving mechanical builds.

REMOTE CONTRACTOR INTEGRATION

• The web-application nature of all factory-floor functions in the Aegis solutions enables third-party contractors to involve themselves in the route and the traceability of units or components that will eventually merge into the finished product.

SYSTEM-LEVEL TRACEABILITY

• Serialization scan into an Aegis web browser of a system level serial number explodes not only the experience and content of the upper level system, but all internal unit IDs. These IDs can then be expanded into their own detailed traceability records.
