CIRCUITCAM OFFERS LARGE ARRAY OF DATA IMPORTERS
PHILADELPHIA, PA – Aegis Industrial Software’s CircuitCAM Data
Importers ensure that manufacturers are able to process assemblies
regardless of the data provided by a CAD department or a customer. Each
Data Importer was designed by the same in-house engineers who developed
CircuitCAM and is integrated fully, ensuring rapid support and immediate
revisions when new versions of data formats become available.
The range of data that can be accepted by CircuitCAM includes all of the
following: Gerber, Bill of Materials (BOMs), ASCII Centroid data,
multiple forms of Native CAD, text, Excel documents, machine program
importers for a variety of machines, and even scanned boards.
AEGIS develops CIM software for the electronics industry, capable of
optimizing every stage of PCB assembly. AEGIS’ product suite automates
the conversion of CAD and BOM data into process documentation, machine
programs, and a variety of other outputs under enterprise-wide revision
control. CircuitCAM modules represent state-of-the-art CIM technology
