AEGIS WINS PRESTIGIOUS SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARD
Aegis Industrial Software Corporation was awarded the coveted Service
Excellence Award at the recent APEX Show in San Diego, CA, the premier
industry event for the electronics industry. The annual awards program
honors industry suppliers for excelling in customer satisfaction. Aegis
earned the sole award in the category of Manufacturing Software.
An independent survey firm conducted a multitude of in-depth interviews
with a randomly selected set of customers, asking them to evaluate the
participants’ dependability, ease of use, responsiveness, technology,
and overall value for the price.
Jason Spera, Aegis’ CEO said of the award, “Aegis is honored to have its
dedication to quality, value, and service recognized by this award. We
believe customer satisfaction is earned in several ways; engineering
quality and response, effective customer support systems and personnel,
and honesty in the sales process. We’re pleased that our customers

This year is the first presentation of Service Excellence Awards for the
categories of electronics assembly equipment and software. These awards
are part of the Service Excellence Awards Series, which, for the past
eight years, has honored contract electronics manufacturers that excel
in customer service.
The program is co-sponsored by the market research firm Technology
Forecasters, Inc. and Circuits Assembly magazine.
