AEGIS WINS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AWARD FOR THE 3RD
CONSECUTIVE YEAR
Philadelphia PA – For the third consecutive year, Aegis
Industrial Software Corporation was awarded the coveted Service
Excellence Award at the recent APEX Show in Anaheim, CA. The annual
awards program, sponsored by the Circuits Assembly magazine, honors
industry suppliers for excelling in several categories of customer
satisfaction. Aegis surpassed its competitors each year the award has
been offered in the category of Manufacturing Software. In addition to
the software satisfaction award, in 2003 Aegis tied for the highest
satisfaction rating across all supplier categories.
The award is derived from customer responses to in-depth online surveys.
Customers are asked to evaluate the participants’ dependability, ease of
use, responsiveness, technology, and overall value for the price.
