AEGIS TAKES FIRST IN "SERVICE EXCELLENCE" SIXTH YEAR
IN A ROW
Anaheim, CA – Aegis Industrial Software, the leader in
Manufacturing Information Management Systems was pleased to accept top
honors for Service Excellence from UP Media Group Inc., for the sixth
consecutive year.
Presented annually at APEX, the Service Excellence Awards (SEAs) are
presented by Circuits Assembly magazine to companies that receive the
highest customer service ratings as judged by their own customers. The
award is derived from responses to in-depth online surveys where
customers are asked to evaluate the participants’ dependability, ease of
use, responsiveness, technology, and overall value for the price. Aegis
took the title in the Manufacturing / Supply Chain Management Software
category with a service rating of 4.86 out of a possible 5, virtually
eliminating the competition.
Brian Bunn, Aegis Customer Service Manager, gave kudos to the hard
working Aegis service department, saying, "It's quite an accomplishment
to sweep this award category every year its been offered. The dedicated
work of our technical support team and their commitment to going above
and beyond the needs of our customers is the reason we’ve held this
honor for so long. It is their award."
