The initial realization service
begins before the purchase with pre-sales
consultation. Aegis Applications Engineers work
closely with the customer to document their key
business needs and expectations while also mapping
out their current business and manufacturing
processes. This information is passed back to Aegis
to detect any expectations that cannot be achieved,
would require changes, or would require customized
system integration services.
This information is then conveyed
back to the customer on the way to developing a
mutual understanding of what the solution will
achieve when deployed. The end result is a mutually
agreed upon statement of work (SOW) that defines a
future state system that will meet or exceed the
business needs and expectations.
Aegis spends a considerable amount
of time up front with the customer to ensure
everyone’s expectations are set and met properly.
Also, the more time spent thoroughly understanding
the customers existing state provides valuable
insight during the implementation and planning phase
to follow.
