FactoryLogix to Optimize and Streamline MOR’s Programming and Manufacturing Processes

MOR Manufacturing is an ITAR Compliant electronics manufacturing company that provides engineering services from circuit design checking to complete PCB or cable layout and design. The company readies their customers’ product designs for manufacturing, while offering a rapid response to changing customer requirements. MOR will be using Aegis FactoryLogix for MyData pick and place program generation, paperless work instruction development and deployment, quality data collection, and analytics functions.

FactoryLogix’ NPI features and functions will be utilized to streamline and optimize MOR’s MyData offline programming process. For defect tracking, Aegis will be used to input test and defect collection and repair actions referred to intelligent renderings of the circuit boards’ ECAD image. ECAD data will also be leveraged by FactoryLogix’ intelligent paperless documentation environment in delivering revision-controlled manufacturing assembly instructions.

Product travel around the manufacturing area will be electronically enforced with WIP and Manufacturing Execution functions. These functions will also ensure proper routing sequences through inspection and test, including out-of-route steps for repair and rework or other reasons.

MOR looks forward to benefiting from the analysis, reporting and visibility to key performance indicators provided by Aegis’ standard chart & report templates and real-time dashboards, without requiring additional product training.
