SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

This person will be responsible for the development of new and existing Aegis products. Since Microsoft Visual C++ is the primary development tool at Aegis, a strong knowledge of this IDE and the windows platform in general is required for this position. Some additional requirements are experience with MFC, Object Oriented Design, development of COM objects and excellent problem solving skills are necessary. All of our software is developed in-house and is used in the real world. This position offers the opportunity to work with the latest tools in software programming while at the same time gaining the knowledge, skills and experience to work on larger development projects.

DEPLOYMENT ENGINEER

This person will be responsible for implementation of our CIM product, FUSION. They will travel to customer sites, setup and configure their MIS and network topologies to conform to our software and will also customize certain settings in the software to meet the customers’ needs. They will also work closely with our computer programmers to address the issues that arise from implementation. Experience in SQL Server/Oracle is preferred with a Minimum of 2 years experience in Windows network topology and operating systems. Direct electronics assembly process experience (SMT and through-hole) is preferred.

SOFTWARE TRAINER

This person will be responsible for the technical training on our current product suite as well as training on new and upcoming products. This person will also be responsible for training end-users either at our headquarters in Horsham or travel on-site to conduct the training. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

Some additional requirements are:

• Strong problem solving skills.

• Strong experience in Windows Operating systems.

• Must have independent drive while working within a support team.
  

• Electronics assembly process experience (SMT and T/H) is a plus.
  

• Knowledge of contract electronics manufacturing is a plus.
