Job Responsibilities

  • Execute, monitor, manage, and analyze social media campaigns and performance across multiple platforms.
  • Trade show event planning, management, and promotion: Support team regarding logistics support and coordination of trade shows, meetings and events. Produce project plan including deliverables, dates, resources assigned, and associated costs.
  • Make data-driven decisions to move the content engagement forward and hit company goals.
  • Assist in the management of company and product content on company website, customer portals, and marketing collateral.
  • Prepare, maintain, collaborate and communicate editorial & content calendar.
  • Maximize content strategy by repurposing assets to fit appropriate digital channel.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content assets on a monthly basis to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and other important KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience: 2+ years in marketing or related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent field.
  • Experience with social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, analytics, and/or content creation/writing.

North American Support Manaager

Aegis Software is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our North American Deployments for the company’s commercial software products.

Candidates should have a passion for managing deployments of enterprise-wide software solutions, leveraging agile processes to keep both customers and deployment staff on track with the overall defined goals outlined for the project. The Project Manager will be responsible for tracking and reporting of each team members tasks and deadlines involved in the project, identifying and addressing risks early and often. Each project's data must be reported back to Customer and Aegis Management. Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be responsible for designing, documenting and maintaining both manual and automated test cases.

Sales Applications Engineer - North America

Aegis Software is seeking a talented Applications Engineer to join our team for the continued expansion of the company’s Manufacturing Execution Software (MES). Ideal applicants would be located in Eastern/South Eastern US but all locations will be considered.

Responsibilities
•    Provide regional support to Aegis Sales by communicating extensive product, technological, and practical knowledge as required during sales visits, web conferences, and teleconferences. 
•    Conduct on-site manufacturing operation audits that define the customer’s ‘current state’, followed by reviews that identify opportunities for improvement
•    Identify solutions to the customer’s stated needs that utilize existing Aegis product functionality.  Communicate product enhancement requests in a manner that identify the customer’s business need and a proposed solution when beyond the boundaries of Aegis’ current product functionality.
•    Draft custom engineering requests to Aegis Engineering that accurately describe the customer’s background, motivation, and requirements for functionality 
•    Author technical response documentation in support of a sales opportunity (requests for proposals, capabilities matrices, and statements of work)
•    Develop new or contribute to existing technical sales collateral such as interface/module overviews, product reference guides, and recorded demonstrations.
•    Support webinars, trade shows, user group meetings, and similar events as required.
•    Maintain a productive and collaborative relationship between sales applications and deployment to ensure a seamless transition for the customer.
•    Support Aegis in additional capacities as required, such as system installations, training sessions, and satellite office support.
•    Continuous self-education on new releases including underlying technology and product capability, use, and installation.

Must Haves:
•    Working knowledge of supporting application software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
•    Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and server-based database software.
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills.

System Deployment Engineer - North America

Software Support Specialist

Aegis is actively seeking an experienced, talented and self-motivated support technician to support our award-winning line of Manufacturing Execution Software (MES). Our Software Support Specialist is a courteous business professional who is interested in maintaining a high standard of service to our customers worldwide. The software support specialist will receive extensive training in all Aegis applications supported. The position performs duties that require discretion and the ability to exercise sound judgement in their daily role. 

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be required to develop a working knowledge of the Aegis products and apply this skill-set while supporting Aegis customers
  • The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling support requests and system related questions over the phone and by email. In addition the candidate will be required to maintain ongoing relationships and proactively resolve reported issues
  • The candidate will create and manage tickets in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and reply within the guidelines of the Aegis service level agreement (SLA)
  • The candidate must be able to troubleshoot complex issues within Microsoft Operating Systems and the Aegis products while maintaining detailed documentation of the progress through completion
  • While demonstrating strong customer relationship skills, the candidate must have the ability to work with all levels of technical expertise
  • The candidate will have the skills to keep all team members informed, detect issues, report upon them, and have the skills to know how to keep the appropriate parties informed so that corrective action can be achieved

Software Deployment Engineer - Europe

Aegis is currently looking for an experienced software deployment engineer to fulfil a position within our European services team. The ideal candidate would be based out of our UK office and would operate mainly within Europe installing, configuring and training on our market leading Manufacturing Execution Software (MES).

Responsibilities

  • Visit customers within Europe, and occasionally globally, to install, configure and train on our MES software
  • Carry out “in house” training programs for visiting customers
  • Assist with product QA cycle and associated documentation
  • Provide support for existing customers contacting us through our support network

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a professional software trainer or deployment engineer
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft products, in particular client and server operating systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally around 50% of the time
